We never sell your data. Your uploaded documents are processed solely to provide you with analysis results and are not shared with third parties for marketing or advertising.
1. Who We Are
Claurivo ("we", "us", "our") is an AI-powered lease analysis platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our website and services at claurivo.com.
2. Information We Collect
Account information
When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash). If you sign up via Google OAuth, we receive your name and email from Google.
Uploaded documents
When you upload a lease or document for analysis, we receive and temporarily store that file to perform the analysis. Documents are processed by our AI pipeline and are not read by humans except in cases of support requests or abuse investigations.
Usage data
We collect standard analytics data including pages visited, features used, browser type, device type, and IP address. This helps us improve the Service.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and improve the Service
- To process uploaded documents and deliver analysis results
- To send transactional emails (account confirmation, report ready notifications)
- To respond to support requests
- To detect and prevent fraud or abuse
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not use your data to train AI models without your explicit consent, and we do not sell your data to advertisers or data brokers.
4. Document Retention
Uploaded documents are retained for as long as your account is active so you can access your past reports. You may delete any document or report from your dashboard at any time. If you delete your account, all associated documents and reports are permanently deleted within 30 days.
5. Data Sharing
We share your data only with:
- Supabase — our database and authentication provider
- Vercel — our hosting provider
- Anthropic — AI model provider used for lease analysis (documents are sent as API payloads; Anthropic's API data usage policies apply)
- Razorpay — payment processor for Pro subscriptions (we never see or store your card number)
We may also disclose data if required by law or legal process.
6. Security
We protect your data using industry-standard measures including 256-bit TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage at rest, and access controls that limit who within our team can access user data. No system is 100% secure; please use a strong, unique password and report any suspected security issues to support@claurivo.com.
7. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for:
- Authentication — a session cookie to keep you logged in
- Analytics — anonymized usage data to improve the product
We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Withdraw consent for optional data processing
- Data portability

9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
